Product Description:
OUT OF SERVICE CARDS are great for use in areas like self-service laundries and where vending machines, clothing washers and laundry dryers are located. These OUT OF SERVICE CARDS provide customers with a means to obtain a refund when a vending machine fails to perform as expected and provides management with an explanation of any vending machine problems that might exist that are likely unknown to management. Use of the OUT OF SERVICE CARD has many benefits. Not only the does receipt of a completed OUT OF SERVICE CARD help quickly determine faulty equipment needing repair, but it also helps to promote goodwill by warning other customers of a machine experiencing problems. Each OUT OF SERVICE CARD is a form with information and instructions printed in English on one side and Spanish on the reverse side. Each OUT OF SERVICE CARD also comes complete with a perforated cut on top to enable hanging the card on a vending machine coin slide or handle. The other part of the OUT OF SERVICE CARD (the bottom) is a form for use by the customer to request a refund for any monies lost. To use the OUT OF SERVICE CARD properly, simply provide these OUT OF SERVICE CARDS where vending machines, clothing washers or laundry dryers are located and make sure to indicate where complete cards may be deposited (e.g. a mail box or slot on premise). Since a customer will complete the OUT OF SERVICE CARD only when they notice a vending machine that is malfunctioning or is out of order, the customer will tear the card in two and place the top somewhere on the vending machine, clothing washer or laundry dryer. The customer will complete the bottom of the form by providing information on the problem machine, together with their address and contact details where a refund may be sent and then insert the bottom of the form into the mail box or slot you have provided them on premise.
