June 8, 2020 - S SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Blue Ribbon Supply is deeply concerned about the consistent presence in our society of violence and discrimination against people of color. We recognize that sustained and systemic racism is a national and global crisis.

The recent deaths of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and George Floyd, to name a few, are horrific and reprehensible. We at Blue Ribbon Supply feel the extreme pain, frustration, and anger that many others are feeling in the world at this moment. It manifests itself in protests, demonstrations, and social upheaval. We all have to believe that the state of our world, as it is now, is not what it has to be.

We support the peaceful protests that are bringing long-overdue focus and urgency to these underlying issues. Like so many others, we support and seek unity, equality, and respect.

Blue Ribbon Supply's mission to help create healthy, happy and inspiring places where people work, visit, stay, learn and heal doesn't just end at a building or complex, but we recognize it continues throughout the lives of the people in the world around us. We must extend our mission to effect the change that we want to see in the world.
