Blue Ribbon Supply's COVID-19 Efforts To our valued customers, Thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you. I want to personally share an update on our efforts to help keep our operations (and consequently your operations) up and running during the unprecedented, evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
Like many other organizations, we have been affected by the global shortage of pandemic-related products, including disinfectants, hand soaps and sanitizers, paper products and personal protective equipment, all of which we typically stock to well-exceed expected customer needs - even during emergencies. We are working closely with all of our suppliers to maintain the flow of product or to find alternatives where product supplies may be limited. To put this challenge in perspective, over the past several weeks orders for face masks, gloves, surface disinfectants and hand sanitizers exceeded our entire sales volume by several years. We are working through this challenge and are leveraging our supplier relationships to quickly obtain available merchandise. In many cases, product availability and shipment timing is still undefined. We've instituted a pandemic plan across our organization that includes health and safety protocols so we can continue to serve you. Since many of our team members need to be at work to provide our essential products and services to the business community, we have taken many steps in our workplace to minimize risk.
