Blue Ribbon Supply's COVID-19 Efforts

To our valued customers,

During this unprecedented time, we monitor the latest news and guidelines from the CDC as well as local, state and federal officials. As an essential provider of business materials and equipment, we want to provide you with an update about measures Blue Ribbon Supply is taking to keep employees and customers safe.

Delivery orders

Our drivers are taking extra precautionary measures at all points in the delivery process, and we are making every effort to get you the supplies you need, when you need them, by:

  • Establishing new safety measures for our drivers, including providing them with sanitizer, personal protection equipment(face masks and gloves), and temporarily no longer requiring customers to sign for deliveries.
  • Prioritizing the needs of our customers who are on the front lines combatting the spread of COVID-19 for products that are essential, like hand sanitizer, masks, gloves and disinfectants as these become available to us. These customers include hospitals, first responders, long-termcare facilities, government and public transportation to help enable those people to get to their jobs.
  • Providing customers in need (the elderly, immune system compromised and those who cannot leave their homes) with the supplies needed that they cannot procure elsewhere.
  • Complying with customer requests whenever possible to change normal delivery routines and drop-off locations.
  • Urgently working with suppliers worldwide to replenish our inventory and actively refreshing our website so these productscan be made available to all.

Will Call / Office & Distribution Facility

New protocols have been put in place to help support a healthy and safe environment for all, including:

  • Many of us are working 7-days a week, however, during this pandemic our headquarters will continue to be open to the public Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
  • Asking team associates to wash and sanitize their hands frequently and to stay home if they feel sick.
  • Establishing a safe environment for customers and team members with the installation of plexiglass barriers, directionalsignage as well as regular sanitation of all touch points in our will call areas.
  • Limiting the number of people inside our reception area and requiring social distancing (6 feet between every person) throughout our offices.
  • Requesting Will Call customers wear face masks and gloves.

Pricing update

We want to assure you it is the policy of Blue Ribbon Supply to not raise prices on essential needs during health crises. However, in order for us to secure product for customers from alternative suppliers, we have paid higher prices for products that we need to pass on in some situations. We are committed to keeping our prices where they were before this global pandemic and are partnering with our suppliers to provide you with the best prices possible.

We will continue to be here for you in every way we can and reassess protocols and policies as needed. Our biggest thanks to all Blue Ribbon Supply team members making it possible to support our communities and all our valued customers.
